WINNIPEG – 38 year-old Cynthia Parisian is missing.

She was last seen on March 7 in the North End of Winnipeg.

Cynthia is described as Indigenous, 5’1″ in height, 180lbs, long brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black sweater, blue vest, black pants and brown Timberland dress shoes with high heels.
