WINNIPEG – The Manitoba Moose are looking for a new captain.

Defenceman Peter Stoykewych has decided to retire.

The Winnipegger has played his entire career with the Moose and Winnipeg Jets organizations.

Stoykewych is only 27 but because of a lingering head injury, he has decided to leave hockey.
