WINNIPEG – Manitoba is now requiring anyone who enters the province to self-isolate for 14 days.
Up until now, people coming from the west didn’t have to.
Premier Brian Pallister says this is needed as COVID-19 variants spread quickly and delays continue with the vaccines.
Dr. Brent Roussin is urging people not to try and find a way around the new travel rule.
He says people need to stay diligent even though our coronavirus numbers are dropping.
