WINNIPEG – The province is pushing pause on new vaccine appointments. It’s hoped this will only last a few weeks.
Dr. Joss Reimer says this is necessary because of production delays with the Pfizer vaccine. The company is using the time to ramp up its European operations.
Premier Brian Pallister says this is exactly why some of the vaccine was held back.
Manitoba’s current vaccine inventory will be used to complete already scheduled first and second doses.
