At approximately 2:30 pm, on November 13, 2019, Whitemouth RCMP received a report of a single-vehicle collision on the old Highway 15, located approximately three kilometers west of Elma.

The investigation has determined that a vehicle, being driven by a 55-year-old male from the RM of Whitemouth, was heading eastbound when it lost control and entered the ditch and rolled. Road conditions were reported to be icy.

The 55-year-old driver, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was pronounced deceased on scene.
