Pedestrian Struck by Truck on Peguis First Nation

PEGUIS FIRST NATION – A 42 year-old woman who was walking along Highway 224 on Peguis First Nation was struck by a truck at around 10:00 pm on April 23.

The 46 year-old driver of the truck stayed on the scene. No information is available regarding the condition of the pedestrian. Both women are from Peguis First Nation.

The driver of the vehicle stopped and stayed at the scene.

Fisher Branch RCMP along with a Forensic Collision Reconstructionist continue to investigate.
