WINNIPEG – Police have charged a 20 year-old man with second-degree murder for the death of 44 year-old Balvir Toor.

Toor was killed when the accused stabbed him, unprovoked, after getting into his cab early yesterday morning.

20 year-old Okoth Obeing has been charged with:

– Second Degree Murder

– Fail to Comply with Condition of Release Order (x4)

He was detained in custody.
