WINNIPEG – Winnipeg police are asking for the public’s help identifying the man in the picture below.

Police believe the man in the photo’s above may have information related to a serious assault. The assault happened on April 23, of this year at approximately 1:00AM near Portage Avenue and Balmoral Street.

The man is described as wearing blue jeans, a grey “Thrashers” hoodie and carrying a backpack.
