WINNIPEG – Police are looking for anyone who may have witnessed a collision involving a car and a tractor trailer on Bentall Street yesterday just before 9:00 A.M.

Two people were extracted from the vehicle and taken to hospital. The 49 year-old driver and his 39 year-old passenger were both initially listed in critical condition but the driver’s condition has since been upgraded to stable.

The investigation is continuing by members of the Traffic Division. Anyone with information regarding the matter, or that may have witnessed the collision, is asked to contact investigators at 204-986-7085 orCrime Stoppers at 204-786-TIPS (8477).
