WINNIPEG – A 71 year-old woman has died as a result of a pedestrian-vehicle collision that took place yesterday evening.

The collision occurred at about 9:15 P.M. as the pedestrian was attempting to cross the street in the 1000 block of McPhillips. The vehicle remained on the scene following the collision.

This investigation is continuing by members of the Traffic Division. Investigators are looking for possible witnesses to this collision. Anyone with information that may assist investigators is asked to call 204-986-7085 or Crime Stoppers at 204-786-TIPS (8477).
