WINNIPEG – Police are looking for anyone who witnessed two separate accidents that claimed the life of one victim and left another in critical condition in hospital.

A 37 year-old pedestrian died yesterday after she was struck by a vehicle on William Avenue. The accident took place at around 4:00 pm and the driver remained at the scene.

The second accident occurred at about 3:30 this morning when two vehicles collided at Logan Avenue and McPhillips Street. One adult male driver was taken to hospital in critical condition. The other driver remained on scene.
