WINNIPEG – Winnipeg police are looking for anyone who witnessed a pedestrian-vehicle collision that occurred on April 1 in a parking lot on McPhillips Street.

A 57 year-old woman was struck by a half-ton truck in the parking lot at about 3:00 pm. She was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries where she was pronounced deceased.

Members of the Traffic Division continue to investigate. The driver has been identified however officers believe that several people may have witnessed this incident.
