Police Seize Methamphetamine Worth Over $36,000

WINNIPEG – The Guns and Gangs Unit seized methamphetamine worth over $36,000 during the search of a vehicle they pulled over on July 27.

The vehicle, which was pulled over on Charles Street due to improper vehicle tinting, was subsequently searched and led to the seizure of a number of items from the vehicle, including the following:

– 736 grams of methamphetamine (estimated street value of $36,800)

– 16.5 grams of cocaine (estimated street value of $1,640)

– 39 Percocet pills/tablets

26 year-old Alexander Branden Mini of Griswold, Manitoba, has been charged with:

– Possession of a Scheduled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Methamphetamine

– Possession of a Scheduled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine

– Possession of a Scheduled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Oxycodone

– Possession of Proceeds of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000

– Fail to Comply Condition Recognizance by Judge/Justice (x2)

21 year-old Zacoya Henderson of Griswold, Manitoba, has been charged with:

– Possession of a Scheduled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Methamphetamine

– Possession of a Scheduled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine

– Possession of a Scheduled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Oxycodone

– Possession of Proceeds of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000

43 year-old Regan Harold Olafson of Riverton, Manitoba, has been charged with:

– Possession of a Scheduled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Methamphetamine

– Possession of a Scheduled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine

– Possession of a Scheduled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Oxycodone

– Possession of Proceeds of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000

All three were detained in custody.
