On October 16, 2018, at 7:00 p.m., the North District Community Support Unit will be hosting a ‘Landlord Information Session’ to provide landlords within the community with information that can help them better understand legal and social issues/constraints.
The Winnipeg Police Service is offering this information session to both current landlords and persons who are interested in becoming landlords, in order to promote successful and positive relationships with tenants.
There will be speakers present from the Winnipeg Police Service, Residential Tenancy Branch, Child and Family Services and Manitoba Justice (Safer Communities).
The information session will be held at the William Whyte School located at 200 Powers Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and attendance is free.
