WINNIPEG – A stolen, marked police vehicle belonging to Manitoba First Nations Policing required a tire-deflation device to bring it to a stop as it travelled across the city.

Police first spotted the car at around 7:15 AM at Roblin Boulevard and the Perimeter. From there, they followed it across the city and finally brought it to a halt with the Stop Stick at Dawson Road and Lagimodiere Blvd.

One man was arrested and taken into police custody.
