WINNIPEG – This is your opportunity to provide input into the 2019 City of Winnipeg budget development process.
Calling it, Let’s Build the Budget Together, you will have the opportunity to provide feedback until May 23, 2018.
The City said they are interested in feedback on the annual budget and the state of the City’s infrastructure to work together towards sustainable budget decisions.
In a release the City said “The City’s financial challenges and infrastructure deficit cannot be fixed overnight, but we can start with the 2019 budget process.”
There are multiple opportunities to provide input including an interactive online tool, a survey, pop-up events located throughout the City, and a public workshop.
Once this is all completed, feedback will be compiled into a report which will provide input in the 2019 budget development process.
