Rapid Testing Needed

WINNIPEG – Manitoba’s health minister says this province should get new COVID-19 rapid testing equipment before anyone else.

Cameron Friesen made the comment by video on the weekend at the Conservative annual general meeting which was held virtually.

He believes we should be given priority by the federal government because we have the highest per-capita infection rate in the country.

Coronavirus killed 22 Manitobans on the weekend and there were 630 new cases since Friday.
