WINNIPEG, MB – Thompson RCMP have charged a 23 year old with attempted murder after discovering an injured male.

Thompson RCMP received a report of a serious injury at a home on Friday night. When officers arrived, a 27-year-old male from Thompson was suffering from a deep cut to his upper body that was caused by a machete.

An investigation led to the arrest of Chris Watt, 23, from Thompson with attempted murder.
