LITTLE GRAND RAPIDS – RCMP in Little Grand Rapids are investigating the death of three-year-old child.

Police said Thursday afternoon, at approximately 3:40 PM, they received a report of an unresponsive three-year-old child who had been brought in from his home to the community nursing station.

The 3-year-old male child was later pronounced dead. An autopsy is being scheduled.

The Manitoba RCMP’s Major Crime Unit is in the community and leading the investigation.
