MANITOBA – RCMP in Lynn Lake released “Slusie” the eagle back to nature Thursday.

In April of this year you may recall a “Slushie” got into a little bit of trouble and became stranded on Lynn Lake when a resident rescued him from the slush.

Police say Slushie is fully rehabilitated, but was in no hurry to get back to the wild, stopping for a photo op before taking flight.
