WINNIPEG – Manitoba RCMP are warning the public NOT to approach Randal Hastings who is wanted on charges of Second Degree Murder in relation to a homicide in Thompson on April 21st.

RCMP said in a tweet, Hastings is believed to be in Oxford House. They are telling people “Do not approach him” simply call Thompson RCMP at 204-677-6911 with tips or information.
