WINNIPEG, MB – RCMP in Island Lake are asking for the public’s help finding a man with outstanding warrants.

Richard Dean Cuff, 33-years-old, of St. Theresa Point First Nation has two outstanding warrants for his arrest, assault and Failing to Comply with a probation Order.

Police said Cuff is known to frequent Garden Hill and Winnipeg.
