WINNIPEG – The city’s biggest school division says its bus drivers might walk off the job when kids go back to class on Tuesday.
The Winnipeg School Division says the drivers’ union has served notice to proceed into a legal strike position.
2,300 students would be affected.
The two sides have been negotiating since October after their contract expired over a year ago.
The drivers voted in favor of a strike mandate in March around the time the COVID-19 pandemic began.
