WINNIPEG – City police were called to the 700 block of Selkirk Avenue yesterday morning about a man being shot.

A 23 year old man was found on the front steps of a house with gunshot wounds.

He was rushed to hospital but later died there.

Winnipeg is on track for another record breaking year when it comes to murders.
