WINNIPEG – RCMP now believe that missing snowmobiler in Whiteshell Provincial Park went through the ice of Eleanor Lake.

They called off the search yesterday afternoon after finding tracks leading to open water but nothing on the other side.

The search is expected to resume in the spring.

50 year old Dan LeMay, a father of three boys, was last seen late Sunday afternoon.

His brother Wayne has taken to Facebook to thank volunteer searchers and post a link to a GoFundMe page.
