WINNIPEG – Environment Canada has issued a special weather statement for the city of Winnipeg and southeastern Manitoba.

Temperatures will soar today and again tomorrow. Daytime highs will top 30°C. Humidex values could go as high as the upper 30’s.

Severe thunderstorms are possible including very heavy rainfall.

A cold front will move through tomorrow night, bringing with it more seasonal conditions.
