NEEPAWA – A two vehicle collision left one person dead and three injured on Highway 16 between Gladstone and Neepawa.

On December 27th at 5:20 am. an SUV travelling westbound collided with an ambulance travelling east. The 36 year-old woman driving the SUV was pronounced deceased at the scene. The 37 year-old male ambulance driver, a 37-year-old female passenger, and a patient are currently in hospital.

RCMP believe poor road conditions were a factor in the collision.

Neepawa RCMP along with a Forensic Collision Reconstructionist continue to investigate.
