THOMPSON – A 53 year-old Thompson man has been charged with drug trafficking after RCMP found drugs at his home on Deerwood Drive.

Officers conducted the search warrant at the home of Todd Burton on October 28 and seized oxycodone pills, cannabis, a large amount of cash and electrified knuckles.

Burton has been arrested and charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime and Unauthorized Possession of a Prohibited Weapon. He has been remanded into custody.
