Three Charged in Murder of 52 Year-Old Man

WINNIPEG – A 52 year-old man was killed during an alleged drug deal and a 19 year-old and 15 year-old have been charged in connection to his death.

Warren Stewart Nabess went to a home on Selkirk Avenue on March 8 allegedly to conduct a drug deal where he was seriously assaulted. He was taken to the hospital in critical condition and later died as a result of his injuries.

A number of suspects were immediately taken into custody and after an investigation two individuals were charged.

19 year-old Robert Terry Williams-Stove has been charged with second degree murder and a 15 year-old Winnipeg youth has been charged with accessory after the fact to murder and possession of a scheduled substance for the purpose of trafficking.

A third suspect, 38 year-old Eric Justin Sinclair was located on March 11, and has been charged with second degree murder, failing to comply with a probation order and breach of recognizance. He was detained in custody.
