Two 22 Year-Old Thieves Caught After Break-In on Roslyn Road

WINNIPEG – Two- 22 year-old thieves were caught after breaking into a residential complex on Roslyn Road and making off with personal items.

On January 13 at about 10:15 police were alerted to a break-in in progress. The caller provided a description of the two thieves as well as their last known location.

They were picked up on Wellington Crescent with numerous stolen items as well as a folding knife and a pry bar.

It was discovered that they had broken into a garage by forcing the overhead door where they took a duffle bag out of an unlocked vehicle and pried storage lockers open, stealing an axe.

Next they entered a neighbouring building by prying open the front door and stealing clothing from a laundry room.

22-year-old Charles Robert Fontaine has been charged with Break and Enter and Theft.

22 year-old Dillan Dakota Creasor has been charged with Break and Enter and Theft, as well as Possession of a Weapon and Break-In Instruments.
