WINNIPEG – If you took a break on the weekend from the COVID-19 numbers, here’s what you need to know as we start another week.
There were 25 deaths on the weekend, 18 of them connected to Maples long-term care home. 50 people have now died at that facility.
The province also reported 733 new cases yesterday and Saturday.
All the numbers will be updated by the province at 12:30 this afternoon but right now, there are 6,715 active cases in Manitoba. 220 people are in hospital, including 41 in intensive care.
