Two Men Wanted by Winnipeg Police

WINNIPEG, MB – Many law enforcement agencies in Manitoba provide pictures and details of individuals that are wanted by police.

Jesse McMillan was convicted of drug trafficking and firearm offences and sentenced to prison.

Authorities deemed McMillan a candidate for early release and he was granted parole on January 18th, 2017, but on April 19th, 2017 it was discovered that he had breached his release conditions. A Canada wide warrant has been issued for his arrest.

Travis Thayer was convicted of firearm related offences including a discharge of a firearm. Thayer received a 31 month prison sentence, but got out early on December 14th, 2017.

On January 12th of this year Thayer breached his release conditions and his parole was cancelled. Instead he now has a Canada wide warrant issued for his arrest.
