WINNIPEG – Police are looking for any witnesses to a pedestrian-motor vehicle accident that took place yesterday morning on Portage Avenue at School Road at about 6:00 A.M.

The collision involved two pedestrians, both youths, a male and female, who were taken to hospital in critical condition. Both remain in hospital.

The driver of the vehicle stayed on the scene.

The investigation is continuing by members of the Traffic Division. Anyone with information regarding the matter, or that may have witnessed the collision, is asked to contact investigators at 204-986-7085 or Crime Stoppers at 204-786-TIPS (8477).
