Two pedestrians were struck by a vehicle in the area of Keewatin Street and Santa Fe Drive on August 30 at about 9:25pm. The pedestrians were walking across the crosswalk when they were struck by the vehicle.

The adult female was taken to hospital and is listed in critical condition. The adult male was initially listed as unstable but has been upgraded to stable condition.

The driver of the vehicle stayed on the scene and has spoken to police.

Members of the Traffic Collision Investigation Section continued with the investigation and have spoken with the driver of the vehicle who remained at the scene.
