WINNIPEG, MB – RCMP have arrested the man accused of neglecting a mama dog and her pups.

Last evening, John Linklater went to the RCMP detachment in Leaf Rapids, Manitoba, where he was arrested.

In a news release the RCMP thanked the public and the media for their assistance.

WINNIPEG, MB – RCMP have issued a warrant and released the photo of this man who is wanted for neglecting a mama dog and her pups.

Wednesday Lynn Lake RCMP issued a warrant for the arrest of John Gerald Glen Linklater, 46, of Black Sturgeon Falls First Nation.

Linklater is facing charges under the Criminal Code for causing unnecessary suffering as well as injury to animals.
