PORTAGE LA PRAIRIE, MB. – The Manitoba RCMP has made an arrest in relation to the shooting that occurred in Portage la Prairie on December 5, 2017.

Harrison Duncan Beaulieu, a 20 year old male from Portage la Prairie, has been charged with Attempted Murder, Discharge Firearm with Intent and various other firearm related offences.

Beaulieu was remanded into custody.
