WINNIPEG – Yesterday afternoon a 27 year-old woman was arrested after vandalizing vehicles with a knife.

Police responded to a call on Stella Avenue regarding a woman high on meth vandalizing vehicles with a knife. While they were trying to arrest her she assaulted three of the four officers with her knife. All three required treatment at the hospital.

Charmaine Cheyanne Grenier has been charged with assaulting a police officer with a weapon, resisting arrest, possessing a weapon and mischief.

She is being held in custody.
