UPDATE – Wanted by RCMP for Stabbing in Portage la Prairie

PORTAGE LA PRAIRIE, MB. Joey Pashe, who was wanted by Portage la Prairie RCMP in connection with a stabbing on December 10, 2017 has been arrested.

In a news release, the RCMP thanked the public and media for their assistance in capturing Pashe.

PORTAGE LA PRAIRIE, MB. – Have you seen this man? He is wanted by Manitoba RCMP in connection with a stabbing in Portage la Prairie yesterday.

RCMP said in a release, that on December 10, just before 6:30 pm, police received a call about a male who had arrived at the hospital with a stab wound.

Police say their investigation has shown that a dispute broke out between two males, aged 25 and 28, at a home on Tupper Street North. During the altercation, a 25-year-old male was stabbed. He, reportedly, remains in stable condition.

RCMP are now looking for the other man involved in the altercation, Joey Pashe, a 28-year-old from Portage la Prairie. He is described as Indigenous, 5’10” and 196 pounds with short, black hair.
