This week we feature two fugitives wanted by Winnipeg Police.

Lewis Starr was serving 27 months on his second Federal Sentence for drug trafficking, but was given early parole.

Starr began his early release on October 13th, 2017, but only managed to make it to October 27th, before he breached his conditions of release. Consequently there is a Canada wide warrant for his arrest.

Stephen Wood was to serve his first federal sentence of 46 months when he was convicted of Break & Enter.

He was granted early parole on October 13th, 2017, but 2 weeks later he was found to have breached his release conditions. His parole was cancelled and a Canada wide warrant has been issued.

If you have information about these three, please contact Winnipeg Crime Stoppers at 204-786-8477 (local) or 1-800-222-8477 (toll free).
