WINNIPEG – Manitoba RCMP believe this wanted man may be in Winnipeg and are asking for the public’s help locating him.

Randall Bryan Harper

Harper, 24-years-old from Garden Hill, is wanted by Mounties on four Manitoba Wide warrants for Assaulting a Peace Officer, Assault, & breaching court imposed conditions.

RCMP are asking anyone with information on the whereabouts of Harper to call the Island Lake detachment at (204) 456-2290.
