WINNIPEG, MB. – A busy road in Winnipeg has had a stretch of it closed off due to a big water main break.

The street impacted is in St. Boniface. Marion Street at Dawson Road is closed in both directions.

There are many reports that the road flooded around 4 a.m. this morning (Tuesday) and is expected to be blocked to traffic through the morning rush hour.

If you use Marion Street it would be a good idea to find alternate routes.
