WINNIPEG – Fire crews responded to a fire in a vacant two-storey house on Pritchard Avenue early this morning.

The fire took over an hour to get under control and one fire-fighter was injured. He was assessed by paramedics on scene but did not require transport to the hospital.

Crews searched the interior of the house and no occupants were found. The cause of the fire is under investigation. No damage estimates are available at this time.
