WINNIPEG, MB. – Winnipeg Police have arrested and placed in custody, Edmond Chartrand

On November 24, Winnipeg Police Service requested the public’s help in locating Edmond Chartrand, 29-years-old, of Winnipeg.

On July 27 of this year around 7:45 p.m., emergency personnel responded to a home in the 100 block of Euclid Avenue for a report of an injured male.

Police located both a 29-year-old male and a 31-year-old female who had been stabbed. The victims were transported to hospital in critical condition. The female was upgraded to stable condition; however, the male died from his injuries.
