Winnipeg Street Crime Unit Warrants Lead to Nine Arrests

WINNIPEG, MB – Police released details yesterday of warrants that were executed by the Street Crime Unit in Winnipeg that resulted in nine people being arrested.

Police said the three warrants were executed between January 20th and January 27th at various locations throughout Winnipeg.

Police confirmed that nine adults have been arrested and the following list of items were seized:

  • Approximately 4 kgs methamphetamine, valued at an approximate value of $400,000.00
  • Approximately 3.8 ounces Cocaine, valued at approximately $7600.00
  • Approximately 1 kg of unknown substance (believed to be fentanyl)
  • Approximately 67.19 grams of Marihuana $670.00
  • .410 sawed-off shotgun
  • 13 rounds of .410 ammunition
  • 12 gauge shotgun ammunition
