WINNIPEG, MB – RCMP in Winnipegosis have charged 25-year-old Spencer Sumner from Fairford, Manitoba with manslaughter.

RCMP said they received several calls about a disturbance last Friday, January 26, in the evening around 11:30 pm. When officers arrived they found two men on scene. One of the men was dead.

The victim, a 37-year-old male, is from Camperville, Manitoba, died at the scene. RCMP arrested the other man who was on scene, 25-year-old Spencer Sumner from Fairford, Manitoba, with Manslaughter and he remains in custody.
