Winnipegosis RCMP Charge Three for Drug Trafficking

WINNIPEG, MB – RCMP in Winnipegosis executed search warrants that result in the arrest of three drug traffickers.

With help from Ste. Rose du Lac and Dauphin RCMP, Winnipegosis officers executed the warrants simultaneously at two homes on Arena Road in Camperville.

At one home, police arrested Arnold Joseph Guiboche, 58, and Gail Charlene Guiboche, 52, both were charged with Possession of Cocaine for the Purpose of Trafficking.

At the second home, Thomas Van Lynn, 52, was arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (prescription medications) and Possession of Marihuana for the Purpose of Trafficking.

RCMP said in total they seized cocaine, a variety of prescription medications being stored in unmarked vials, marihuana, drug paraphernalia, cash and ammunition.
