WINNIPEG, MB. – Winnipeg’s New Years baby is also the province’s.

The Winnipeg Regional Health Authority Tweeted that Willow, a seven pound, 13 ounce baby girl was born at 12:33 AM on New Years Day at the Winnipeg’s Health Sciences Centre.

Willow and her parents are celebrating her arrival and the first day of 2018 together in privacy.
