WINNIPEG – Winnipeg Police have charged a youth with first degree murder regarding the death of 51 year-old Lise Danais.

Lise was murdered in her home on Rockcliffe Road on March 26, 2019.

The Winnipeg Police Service is constrained by the provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice Act and is prohibited from identifying the accused, however Constable Rob Carver did confirm that the victim and the accused were known to each other.
