WINNIPEG – Police have arrested two youth in the murder of Neilson Catcheway who was the city’s 31st homicide this year.

A 14-year-old male and a 13-year-old male were arrested and each charged with one count of Manslaughter. They were detained in custody.

Police are still requesting that the driver of the involved vehicle come forward and speak with investigators.
