WINNIPEG – The $9 million Lotto 649 jackpot was won last night by a ticket holder in Ontario.

The $1 million Extra Prize was also won by a ticket holder in Quebec.

The jackpot for the next draw on Wednesday, August 21 will be an estimated $5 million.
